Graduate students and post-graduates have the same right as undergraduates to an environment that is free of sexual harassment, discrimination, and bias. However, the situation is different because graduate students and post-graduates interact with smaller, more concentrated subsets of the faculty. The interactions are typically more intense and more impactful in terms of professional and academic advancement.
