The implementation of this policy requires a “6.xOffice” that would be situated in central HR. The office would (a) serve as a resource for subordinates, authorities, and those responsible for enforcement and (b) take responsibility for the faithful execution of required 6.x procedures.
The 6.xOffice would NOT be a confidential resource, although it would maintain privacy as much as possible. A list of confidential resources are available on the SHARE website.
